PLEASE READ!!!

Please be dressed and ready at the beginning of your session.

50% of your total cost must be paid as a non refundable deposit to book your session.

A $50 fee will be charged for clients wanting to reschedule.

Client must reschedule 72 hours before booked session.

Clients are allowed 2 reschedules per project

There is a courtesy period of 15 minutes for being late to a session.

Shoot time will NOT be extended due to client lateness.

TRAVEL POLICY:

At the time of booking, a non-refundable transportation fee is required to secure your appointment date and time. If your session last multiple days a non- refundable lodging fee is required also before booking.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date. Checks are not accepted. Accepted payments include (Debit Card, PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, Applepay, Google Pay, Bitcoin) Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness. Photographer reserves the right to cancel sessions if the client is more than 30 minutes late to their session.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If the photographer cannot perform this contract due to any reason, the client will be issued a full refund. In the event that weather prevents the session from being completed, the client will not be charged the $50 rescheduling fee.

Consultations are fulfilled through direct contact via Zoom, Instagram, Phone call, or text messaging.

IMAGE POLICY:

Unedited Images are returned to client 1-4 days after being taken. Edited Images take 1-5 Business days (Monday-Friday) to be edited from the time of photovselection, and are subject to extension depending on current volume of work and/or project size. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information developed in whole or in part by REELSTAR PRODUCTIONS in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of REELSTAR PRODUCTIONS. Upon request, ReelStar Productions will provide all documents necessary to confirm the exclusive ownership of media content created.
